Plus, try our daily specials that alternate from time to time.  Some days you find BBQ Jackets (stuffed baked taters), Meatloaf with Smashed Taters, BBQ Pizza, Turkey Wraps, Smokin Chips (our very own NC version of nachos), NC Walking Tacos (again, our very own creation), Collard Greens, Country Green Beans cooked with a big ol' chunk of fat back, Pinto Beans cooked with a ham hock, Dried Apple Pies, Key Lime Pie or whatever else Rhonda or Big Mel might be in the mood to cook....or eat!
