"Mel and Rhonda...Just had to drop you a line to let you know how the fried turkey was.  It was fantastic!!!  The fried turkey we got from you guys was the best ever!  We carved it about 2 hours after picking it up and it was still steaming from the inside.  Ted was trying to carve and get it on a large platter but everybody was grabbing slices to check it out and loving it.  He couldn't slice quick enough.  It was so moist and juicy and perfectly seasoned that most of us didn't even want gravy on it.  Just wanted you to know how much we enjoyed it and hopefully you'll be doing them again for Christmas because we'll want another for sure!  I never saw a 20 pound turkey disappear that fast in my life."

I told you I would let you know either way.  I bought your ham and a "Honeybaked" ham for our family Christmas Holiday Dinner.  We put both of them out on the table.  We had about 30 people over.  Everybody, well 95% of us, picked your ham.  Just wanted to let you know and wish your family a good holiday and happy new year.  We will see you soon.

The food was really wonderful! I grew up with southern cooking & I can tell you,
our meal was excellent! I will definitely return with some friends who
appreciate good home cooking! I especially enjoyed the sweet potato pie.
