Catering Menu
Our catering is only offered buffet style at this time. However, if you have a special request regarding service or a particular menu item, just ask. We will most likely be able to accomodate your requests. For instance, we do have a few Italian and Mexican dishes that might just be perfect for your event. Additionally, we partner with other caterers and restaurants in the area to insure we are offering complete service that will meet your satisfaction.
Our meat dishes include:

- Pulled Turkey - Carolina Style
- Barbecue Chicken
- Barbecue Beef Short Ribs
- Baby Back Ribs
- Spare Ribs
- Roast Beef with the best gravy!
- Spiral Ham with pineapple glaze
- Brunswick Stew (a meal all by itself)
Our side dishes and deserts include:
- Hush Puppies
- Cole Slaw
- Potato Salad
- Pasta Salad
- Baked Beans
- Country Green Beans
- Pinto Beans w/cornbread
- Corn Pudding
- Whole Potatoes
- Mac & Cheese
- Collard Greens
- Fried Apple Pies
- Sweet Potato Pie
- Key Lime PIe
- Assorted cakes - but we are not cake decoraters. We can recommend a really good one though.
Our concession stand currently operates in Kentucky and Ohio. In addition to the catering menu we can serve hot dogs, hamburgers, french fries, sweet tea, and our famous (secret receipe) fruit punch. That punch is some kind of addictive!
In general, we have a very simple catering pricing schedule. However, you really should contact Rhonda for a quote as there are many variables that go into pricing such as whether we provide a grill master, offer bartender services, how far we have to travel, and your special requests.
- $9.00 per person includes 1 meat and 3 side dishes.
- $11.00 per person includes 2 meats and 3 side dishes.
- $14.00 per person includes 3 meats and 5 side dishes or deserts.
There is a $500 fee to smoke a pig on your site. The cost of the pig will depend on market prices. Carving and/or pulling for BBQ also requires an extra charge. Remember this takes at least 14 hours so you will need to provide restroom facilities for the grill master.
Beverages can be provided upon request.
All pricing is based on 75 guests. A minimum of 30 guests is required. A 25% deposit is required 60 days prior to your event or at booking.
Bartender services are available but we do not sell alcoholic beverages.
Salad and fresh fruit stations are available for $5-10 per guest depending on content.
All dinners include bread, disposable plates, disposable utensils, delivery and set up.
